The Israeli army disrupted the Fajr dawn prayer in the village of Husan in Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank. Citing a security source, the WAFA news agency said soldiers raided a mosque and prevented the call to prayer and the prayer itself, then forced worshippers out of the mosque and threw stun grenades and toxic tear gas at them.
The Palestinian news agency added that Israeli forces had also closed all entrances and gates of the al-Arqoub village south-west of Bethlehem, and attacked a resident of Nahalin town while he was crossing the main gate separating the town from the rest of the governorate.
