A partners’ conference of MEP, one of Bangladesh’s electronics companies, has been held in Maheshpur.
The conference was held with some ceremony at 10am on Tuesday in the Maheshpur High School auditorium, with dealers of various electronics companies taking part. It was organised by MEP for electronics traders and well-wishers of the Maheshpur area.
Md Mominur Rahman, president of the Maheshpur Banik Kalyan Samity, was present, as were Md Sentu Rahman, president of the Maheshpur electrical traders’ association, and the distributor Md Zahidul Islam. Md Saimum, the company’s DSM, and Ujjal Bose, its TSM, were also present.
Representatives of Maheshpur’s electronics traders spoke at the event. They gave their views on how the electronics business can be improved, what obstacles it faces and how the problems can be solved.
Senior officials of MEP listened to the traders’ discussion and opinions, and set out their own views on how the electronics business can be expanded in Maheshpur and the traders’ various problems solved. All the electronics traders of Maheshpur bazar were also present.
