Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has held a protest rally and march against repeated increases in fuel-oil and electricity prices. The march set off from the north gate of Baitul Mukarram around 6pm on Thursday, with participants chanting slogans. Branding the price hikes anti-people, the party demanded their immediate withdrawal.
