Four more children have died with measles symptoms across the country in the past 24 hours, while 1,008 new people were found with measles or its symptoms during the same period.
The information came in the Directorate General of Health Services’ regular measles report on Tuesday, July 21.
From March 15 to Tuesday, a total of 797 people have died of measles or its symptoms nationwide — 702 with measles symptoms and 95 from confirmed measles. The count runs from 8 a.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday.
