Three more people have died after contracting dengue across the country in the past 24 hours. Another 534 people were admitted to hospital during the same period.
Fifty people have died of dengue so far this year. Of them 32 died this month. Two died in January, two in February, one in May and 13 in June.
The information was given in a dengue bulletin issued by the Directorate General of Health Services on Wednesday.
