Imran Khan’s former wife Jemima marries again

Jemima Goldsmith, former wife of Pakistan’s former prime minister Imran Khan, has married for the second time. British outlet the Daily Mail reported the news on Monday (September 14).

According to the report, Jemima married 62-year-old Irish-Australian financier Cameron O’Reilly on Sunday. The Mail on Sunday reported in May that the couple had become engaged after nearly a year together. Jemima’s brother, Ben Goldsmith, confirmed the wedding news.

Ben Goldsmith’s wife, Jemima Jones, shared a wedding photo on Instagram, writing that she was celebrating Jemima and Cameron’s wedding alongside her favourite person, calling it a joyous day.

The Daily Mail reported that Cameron O’Reilly is believed to have met Jemima while working as an executive producer on several documentaries and films. Jemima herself has produced several films, including “What’s Love Got to Do with It,” which she described as her “love letter” to Pakistan.

O’Reilly has four children from previous relationships. Jemima, meanwhile, has two sons with Imran Khan, Kasim and Sulaiman. Imran Khan and Jemima married in 1995 and were together for nearly a decade.

Imran Khan is currently held at Adiala jail on various charges, which he has consistently described as politically motivated. Jemima, meanwhile, has continued campaigning for her former husband’s release.
