The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations were published on Saturday.
The results came out at about 10:45 am.
The pass rate in the HSC and equivalent examinations this year is 52.12 percent.
Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milon opened the release of the results at an event at the Ministry of Education.
The HSC and equivalent examinations began on 2 July and ended on 8 August. Some papers under the Chattogram Education Board were postponed because of floods, and that board held its written exams until 9 September. A total of 1,270,583 candidates sat the HSC and equivalent examinations under the country’s 11 education boards.
