The social media platform recently published its Community Guidelines Enforcement Report for the second quarter of 2026, setting out the action it took against content and accounts in different countries from April to June.

TikTok also removed a large number of videos worldwide over the same period. In the three months, it took down 188,298,141 videos for various breaches of its community guidelines, about 0.5 percent of all videos uploaded. Of these, 183,344,707 were detected by automated technology. Worldwide, 99.5 percent of removed videos were found before users reported them, and 92.7 percent were removed within 24 hours of upload. It also removed 146,807,400 fake accounts, and closed a further 26,840,767 accounts suspected of belonging to users under 13.

The report also breaks down the kinds of videos removed.
