Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Israel was the main source of insecurity in the Middle East and had increased the scale of its brutality in Gaza and Lebanon.
At his weekly news conference on Monday, he said winter was approaching while access to essential supplies needed for survival was being blocked, taking the situation of displaced Palestinians to a catastrophic level.
He said the international community and European countries had become numb to the situation.
Baghaei said reducing human lives to statistics and treating atrocities as normal was a dangerous trend that threatened the human conscience.
He said the International Criminal Court was facing intense pressure from the United States while trying to take legal action against Israeli officials under its founding statute.
