One more child died with measles symptoms in the past 24 hours (Tuesday 8 a.m. to Wednesday 8 a.m.), the Directorate General of Health Services reported on Wednesday (July 1).
Since March 15, a total of 719 children have died: 93 from confirmed measles and 626 with measles symptoms.
In the past 24 hours, 951 new cases with measles symptoms were reported and 167 confirmed measles cases were identified.
Since March 15, the total number of suspected measles cases has reached 102,028 and confirmed cases stand at 12,132.
