The government has appointed a new secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration, replacing Md Ehsanul Haque. Md Kamruzzaman Chowdhury, who has been serving as secretary of the Health Services Division on a contractual basis, will take on the role.
A notification appointing him was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Wednesday.
Separately, Md Ehsanul Haque, senior secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration, has been transferred to the Planning Commission as a member. He, too, is serving on a contractual basis.
