All scheduled banks in the country will be closed on November 7 for National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
Bangladesh Bank issued a circular letter to this effect on Monday, October 26.
The circular said the government had declared a general holiday on November 7 for National Revolution and Solidarity Day, in line with a notification issued by the public administration ministry on October 7. All scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh will therefore be closed that day.
