Popular South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna is returning to work after nearly a month away from acting due to an injury. She had been resting on doctors’ advice after injuring her hip while shooting her upcoming film “Maisa.” Now recovered, the actress has announced she will return to set soon.
Rashmika spent most of her break at home. She recently shared some photos and videos from her time resting on her Instagram. They showed her spending time with family, observing religious rituals, playing with her pet dog, solving puzzles and spending time in the garden.
Rashmika also said she thoroughly enjoyed this unexpected break. Sharing the photos, she wrote: “I’m returning to work soon. But honestly, I’m going to miss these days a lot.”
Before her injury, Rashmika had been busy working on several films back to back. Among them, one of the most talked-about is “Maisa.” Set against the backdrop of the Gond tribal community, the emotional action thriller will see Rashmika play a courageous tribal woman. Her character in the film is quite different from her previous roles.
