BNP Standing Committee member and Prime Minister’s adviser Nazrul Islam Khan has been admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka. Doctors have advised against visitors for the time being.
BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the information on Wednesday (July 1).
He said Nazrul Islam Khan returned to Dhaka from Singapore on June 25. He was subsequently admitted to Evercare Hospital in Bashundhara residential area on June 30.
Member of Parliament Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas visited him at the hospital in the morning. Shayrul Kabir Khan, who was present at the time, said Shimul Biswas spoke with the doctors.
Shayrul Kabir Khan said doctors have requested that visitors refrain from meeting Nazrul Islam Khan at this time.
