A video of two passengers fighting mid-air on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight has gone widely viral on social media. The aircraft was flying from London to Bangladesh. The scuffle broke out between two passengers on board, causing extreme panic among ordinary passengers, children and elderly travellers on the flight.
The video shows the two men first getting into a heated argument inside the aircraft, which then turned into a physical fight. At one point during the scuffle, one passenger’s T-shirt was torn. As the situation worsened, cabin crew and other passengers stepped in and tried to stop the two men and separate them.
Asked about the incident, Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ general manager of public relations, Mohiuddin Ahmed, said he was not yet aware of the matter and would look into it.
