Three more children in the country died of measles symptoms in the past 24 hours, from 8 a.m. on Sunday to 8 a.m. on Monday. During that period, 1,125 people were affected by measles and measles symptoms, with measles confirmed in 160 of them.
The three children died of measles symptoms in Rajshahi, Chittagong and Mymensingh.

With this, since March 15, the deaths of 590 children from measles symptoms have been recorded in the country. During the same period, 93 children died after measles was confirmed. In total, 683 children have died.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services, measles symptoms have appeared in 93,755 children since March 15 this year. Measles has been confirmed in 11,171 children during that time, while a total of 104,926 children have been affected by measles and measles symptoms.
A total of 77,743 children have been admitted to hospital with measles symptoms during this period, of whom 73,985 have recovered and returned home.
In the past 24 hours, 884 children were admitted to hospital with measles, while 1,136 children were discharged.
