A meeting of the cabinet has been held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. The meeting took place on Sunday morning at the Bangladesh Secretariat.
The prime minister’s assistant press secretary, K M Nazmul Haque, gave the information.
The meeting discussed various policy questions of the government, issues of national importance and the speeding up of administrative work.
Members of the cabinet and secretaries of the ministries concerned were present.
