National Citizen Party (NCP) northern region chief organizer Sarjis Alam said Chhatra Dal would face a fate worse than Chhatra League.
Alam made the comment Tuesday in a post on his Facebook account.
“The sooner Chhatra Dal becomes Chhatra League, the sooner its fate will be worse than Chhatra League’s,” he wrote.
His comment followed a clash Tuesday between Chhatra Dal and Chhatra Shibir at Jagannath University during an event in the central auditorium attended by the University Grants Commission chairman.
