The bodies of three members of one family have been recovered in Jannakandi village of Krishnapur union, in Manikganj Sadar upazila.
The bodies were recovered at around midday on Saturday (September 19) from the family’s own home in Jannakandi village. Manikganj additional superintendent of police Abdullah Al Mamun confirmed the recovery.
The dead are Ekram Khalasi, 40, a Bangladeshi expatriate working in Saudi Arabia, along with his wife and their 18-month-old daughter.
Ekram Khalasi was found hanging inside the house. Police said there were marks of injury on the bodies of his wife and infant daughter.
