Two more children have died in the country with measles symptoms in the past 24 hours. Over the same period 1,297 suspected and confirmed measles patients were detected.
The information came in a press release sent on Friday (September 18) from the control room of the directorate general of health services.
The release said 1,297 people were detected with measles symptoms in the past 24 hours. That takes the number of symptomatic measles patients from March 15 to September 17 to 176,480.
