Iranian analysts said Iran will no longer fall into any negotiation or agreement trap with the United States and Israel amid continuing hostility, Al Jazeera reported.

Professor Mostafa Khoshcheshm of Tehran’s University of Applied Science and Technology said the message from the millions who attended the supreme leader’s funeral is clear. “The Iranian people are fully aware. They know very well that the hostility of the United States and Israel toward them has not ended at all,” he told Al Jazeera on Sunday.

Whether a nuclear deal is reached or not, Iranians have concluded that hostile behavior against Iran will continue, he said, adding that the US and Israel would maintain pressure through a multi-faceted hybrid war encompassing economic sanctions, cyberattacks, psychological warfare, assassinations, sabotage, and potentially military strikes.

He added that the massive public participation in the supreme leader’s funeral is an expression of firm support for the government, and that the Iranian people have demonstrated they are prepared to endure to the end.
