Israel has rejected the 15-point peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump’s “Board of Peace” to end the Gaza war. Citing Israeli media, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made clear that Israeli forces will not be withdrawn from the Gaza Strip until the Palestinian armed group Hamas is completely disarmed. BD Global Times could not independently verify the reports.

Quoting Netanyahu, Israeli media reports said Israel was rejecting the 15-point document entirely, and that the Israeli army would carry out no troop withdrawal until Hamas was genuinely disarmed.

Netanyahu stressed that Israel wanted not a token or make-believe dissolution of Hamas but its real dissolution. He said talks with Washington on the matter were under way, and that the United States had put forward several proposals on the Gaza situation — some acceptable to Israel, but others not acceptable to it at all.
