DHAKA — Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus will address the nation Thursday afternoon, his press wing said. Bangladesh Television, BTV News and BTV World will broadcast the speech live.
The press wing confirmed the schedule Wednesday evening.
Yunus is expected to announce decisions on implementation of the July National Charter and a package of reform proposals, officials said.
Yunus last addressed the nation on Aug. 5, marking the anniversary of the July uprising.
