Bangladesh received $2.641 billion in remittances in the first 29 days of September, up 3.10 percent from $2.562 billion in the same period last year.
According to the latest Bangladesh Bank data, $109 million arrived on September 29 alone.
From July to September 29 of fiscal 2026-27, remittances totalled $8.466 billion, against $7.462 billion in the same period of 2025-26, a rise of 13.50 percent in the first three months of the fiscal year.
