Three members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed in a US strike in the north-west of the country at dawn on Thursday (30 July). Fars News Agency reported the information.
Citing a statement from a provincial branch of the IRGC, Fars said the “brutal attack” had targeted Zanjan province.
Earlier, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said US forces had carried out a “severe strike” against Iran in response to an attempted missile attack targeting US forces in the Middle East.
