German and French military aircraft helped the United States repel the missiles Iran fired at the US military base in Jordan, Iran’s Fars News Agency has reported, citing flight navigation data.
The agency said at least two German and French aircraft were seen in the skies over Jordan assisting US forces on aviation tracking systems, which confirmed the reality of the activity.
Citing Fars News, it said navigation data clearly showed that the military aircraft had helped Washington destroy or intercept, in mid-flight, the missiles coming from Iran towards the US base in Jordan.
The report also said that German and French military aircraft came into the field to assist US forces mainly after the United States failed to intercept the Iranian missiles on its own.
