Attacks by illegal Israeli settlers on Palestinians rose 63 percent in the first half of 2026. Citing security data, Israeli Army Radio reported that the number of attacks in the first six months of 2026 rose sharply compared with the same period in 2025.
It said 660 attacks were recorded in the first half of this year, against 405 in 2025.
Since October 2023, at least 1,185 Palestinians, including 250 children, have been killed in the occupied West Bank. At least 87 Palestinians have been killed in the region so far this year, 21 of them at the hands of settlers.
