Israel has violated the ceasefire agreement in Gaza 3,465 times since it took effect, the Gaza government media office has alleged.
The office said that despite the ceasefire that came into force in October 2025, continued attacks by Israeli forces had killed at least 1,045 Palestinians and wounded a further 3,380.
The Gaza media office also alleged that the agreement’s terms on the entry of humanitarian aid had not been honoured. According to its figures, although 156,000 aid trucks were due to enter Gaza under the US-brokered ceasefire, Israel had allowed in only 55,539 trucks.
In a statement, the Gaza government media office accused Israel of pursuing a “policy of planned mass destruction” in Gaza. It called on the ceasefire’s mediators to take effective steps to force Israel to implement all the terms of the signed agreement.
Meanwhile, according to the Gaza health ministry, the number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip since Israel’s military operation began in October 2023 has reached at least 73,043, with the total number of wounded rising to 173,417.
