A teacher workshop organised by the Bangladesh Adarsha Shikkhok (Ideal Teacher) Federation was held in Gangni, Meherpur. “Teacher Workshop 2026” took place at the Chougacha Darul Yatim auditorium in Gangni upazila on Saturday (27 June).
The event was chaired by Md Abul Hashem, president of the Bangladesh Adarsha Shikkhok Federation’s Gangni upazila unit.
Professor Rabiul Islam, assistant general secretary of the federation, attended as chief guest. The chief speaker was Md Rabiul Islam, Gangni upazila Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
Special guests included the federation’s Meherpur district unit president Al Amin Islam (Bakul), secretary Md Habibur Rahman, and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Gangni municipal unit Amir Ahsanul Haque.
At the workshop, speakers stressed teachers’ role in improving the quality of education, the responsibilities of teaching, and the spread of education based on moral values.
