According to financial reports, the IPDC Finance board gave investors a 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for the accounting year ended December 31, 2025. The company’s EPS for that accounting year was 1.11 taka, up from 89 poisha in the same period the previous year. The company’s NAV per share stood at 17.85 taka as of December 31, 2025.

For accounting year 2024, the IPDC Finance board gave investors a 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend. The company’s EPS for that year was 89 poisha, up from 88 poisha the previous accounting year. Its NAV per share stood at 17.73 taka as of December 31, 2024.

For accounting year 2023, the board gave investors a 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend. The company’s EPS for that year was 88 poisha, down from 2.43 taka the previous accounting year. Its NAV per share stood at 17.33 taka as of December 31, 2023.

IPDC’s latest credit rating is “AAA” for the long term and “ST-1” for the short term. Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) issued this rating based on the audited financial statements for the accounting year ended December 31, 2025, and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information available up to the date of the rating announcement.

Listed on the stock market in 2006, IPDC Finance has authorized capital of 8 billion taka and paid-up capital of 4,295,850,000 taka. Its reserves stand at 2,647,000,000 taka. The company has a total of 429,584,851 shares outstanding.
