Government primary schools covered by the school feeding program have been instructed to submit their average student attendance for June and July, along with enrollment and administrative information, by Aug. 13.
A recent letter from the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education instructed primary education officers in all project upazilas to provide each school’s serial number, name, head teacher’s name and mobile number, and the latest class-by-class enrollment for the 2026 academic year.
The information must be submitted in Excel and PDF formats to a designated email address and through the School Feeding UEO 150 WhatsApp group.
The program covers government primary schools in 150 project upazilas across 62 districts in all eight divisions. The ministry said the information was needed to issue future food-supply notices and work orders for each upazila.
The letter specifies a NikoshBan font at size 12, half-inch margins and A4 landscape format. Schools must not alter the spreadsheet’s rows, columns, numbering, margins or font settings, and must complete information in columns 1 through 17.
Only government primary schools and practice schools attached to Primary Teachers’ Training Institutes may be included in the list, the letter said.
