SAVAR — A man calling himself Mashiur Rahman Samrat, identified by police as Sabuj Sheikh, became what police describe as a “crown of crime,” allegedly committing one brutal killing after another. In his own words, “Thirty-four or Sunday Monday closed” meant murder.
