DHAKA — Imran Hossain, a reporter for Amar Desh, has been receiving treatment at a hospital in the capital for several days after being seriously injured in a road accident.
Mohammad Selim Uddin, a member of the central executive council of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and ameer of the Dhaka Metropolitan North unit, visited the hospital on Monday afternoon to inquire about his condition. He spoke with doctors about the journalist’s overall progress and offered prayers for his swift recovery.
