Teachers and staff of government colleges have again been urged to attend their colleges on time. The reminder was given in a notice from the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education on Sunday (July 12).

The notice was sent to the deputy directors of the college and administration branches of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education and to others concerned.

It said all teachers, officers and staff working at government colleges were directed to be regularly present at their respective workplaces on time.

Earlier, last Thursday, officers and staff of the Madrasa Education Board were given six directives, including entering their offices by 9 a.m. The directives were issued to uphold office discipline and to make administrative work more dynamic, with punitive action to be taken against those who do not comply.
