United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Bangladesh Abdullah Ali Al Hamoudi met Prime Minister Tareque Rahman.
The meeting was held Monday, Sept. 28, at the Prime Minister’s Office in the Bangladesh Secretariat.
The meeting discussed expanding trade and investment in Bangladesh, increasing employment for skilled Bangladeshi manpower, and strengthening cooperation in energy, infrastructure, aviation, information technology, railways, logistics and other sectors.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs-1 Humayun Kabir and Investment Bangladesh Authority Chairman Ashik Chowdhury were present at the meeting.
Senior officials of the embassy accompanied the ambassador.
