Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has invited Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to visit the kingdom. The Saudi ambassador to Bangladesh, Dr. Abdullah Jafar H. Bin Abiya, delivered the invitation letter during a courtesy meeting with the prime minister.
The meeting took place Monday morning (July 6) at the Cabinet Division of the Bangladesh Secretariat.
During the meeting, the Saudi ambassador handed over a letter from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud to the prime minister. The two sides also discussed bilateral matters of mutual interest.
Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman, the prime minister’s foreign affairs adviser Humayun Kabir, and Saudi Deputy Ambassador Ibrahim Abdullah were present at the meeting.
