Form-filling for the Dakhil 8th-grade scholarship examination will begin September 2 and continue through September 12. Board fees can be paid online through September 11. The total form-fill fee is 600 taka.
The information was disclosed in a notice from the Madrasah Education Board on Thursday, August 27. The notice said the form-filling process for the Dakhil 8th Grade Scholarship Examination 2026 must be completed online within the specified time, following the given instructions. The instructions are: institutions can fill out forms for up to a maximum of 40 percent of registered sixth-grade students at approved Dakhil, Alim, Fazil and Kamil madrasahs for the Dakhil 8th-grade scholarship exam; each examinee’s 400-taka board fee must be paid online in favor of the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board; each examinee’s 200-taka center fee must be paid at the respective madrasah; all participating examinees’ center fees must be submitted by the madrasah principal or superintendent to the relevant center secretary; and each examinee’s form-filling process must be completed online through the Madrasah Education Board’s website.
Online form-filling and fee payment process: On the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board’s website, under the Online Service-2 panel, click e-SIF/e-FF, select JDC/8th Scholarship e-FF 2026, click the Continue button, log in with the relevant madrasah’s EIIN and password, and go to the Probable List. Print this list and mark examinees in red ink on the hard copy. Following this hard copy, select examinees from the Probable List displayed on the computer. Once examinees are selected from the Probable List, a Temporary List will be generated. Print the Temporary List for verification, and select or unselect examinees as needed. Then click the payment button to pay the form-fill fee through Sonali Bank’s payment gateway. The Final Candidate List print option will become active within 24 hours of the fee being deposited at the bank. Print the Final Candidate List, obtain examinees’ signatures, and have the madrasah head sign each page. If needed, institutions may complete the form-filling process for remaining students in the same manner within the specified time.
