The embassy will continue to accept and issue passports related to diplomatic and official visas through diplomatic notes.

The Korea Visa Application Center is located at 2F B&T Nehalia Tower, Plot 80, Block B, Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Dhaka 1213.

The embassy said the visa application center will operate an online appointment system. Details of the online appointment procedure and available appointment dates will be announced separately tomorrow, August 27.

Notarization and police clearance certificate services will continue to be handled by the embassy as before.

Further details regarding the visa center’s opening date, operating hours, online appointment procedure, application process, required documents, fees and other matters related to running the visa application center will be announced later.

South Korea’s embassy has advised those wishing to apply for a visa to carefully follow announcements regarding the new visa application center. The embassy said it will make every effort to increase convenience for applicants and ensure more effective visa services through the launch of the center.
