How to make jackfruit-seed sandesh

First, peel the jackfruit seeds and boil them well. Once cooled, remove their brown covering. Then blend the seeds into a fine paste. Now mix powdered milk into the paste. Heat a little ghee in a non-stick pan and add the mixture. Then add sugar and cook on medium heat, stirring for about 10 minutes. The mixture will gradually thicken and begin to come away from the sides of the pan. Turn off the stove and finally sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder. Then pour the mixture into a dish and let it cool. Once cooled, cut it into shapes of your choice and the tasty jackfruit-seed sandesh is ready.

Stored in the refrigerator, this sandesh keeps well for 4 to 5 days. As jackfruit seeds are rich in nutrients, this is considered not only tasty but also a healthy sweet.
